leaving south america

Postby danmason on Mon Oct 20, 2003 12:58 am

So, after 8 months of travel in South America, Im leaving. In a few hours I fly into Panama City. Its been pretty cool. I saw Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Brasil, Argentina, and Venezuela. To think back in November 2002 my plan was only to see part of Central America. And now, 11 months later, here I am in Bogota Colombia. Ive got to thank Klaus and Thomas for convincing me to come down here. Without travelling with them, I dont know what would have happened, or where I would have gone. I look forward to crossing the Darien Gap, and getting one step closer to home. Soon Ill be back in San Pedro, then not long after that, back in Minneapolis. I look forward to seeing you all.
